We love selling lifestyle properties as well! This was an interesting situation as we had two clients we were working for in different areas of New Zealand. So communcation was key to make sure everyone was on the same page.

They had another company appraise the property where they said the saw the sale price around. $520,000 – $540,000. The RV was $490,000.

The property was is ok condition, however the lifestyle it provided was incredible. Secluded living, 1.4 acres of fun, massive shedding. We knew a campagin like this needed something special. Using drones and video we got some great marketing material to showcase the lifestyle this property offered.

We listed the property at $595,000+. Huge enquiry came in and showed over 40 groups in the first week. We had multiple offers, and presented different options to our clients, which gave them choice. They choose an offer which was a quick due dilligence period and we ended up selling the property for $625,000. 
Almost $100,000 above what the other company had apprasied it for. This made a huge difference for our clients so they could now accomplish things they wanted to do.
